Some things are just meant to be. Birds are born to fly, politicians were born to lie, big fat guys with giant beards were born to ride their machines without getting hassled by the man, and Carolyn Mark was born to make music.
Ever since first taking to the stage as Templeton the rat in her elementary school's musical version of Charlotte's Web, show business has been the main driving force in Carolyn's life. After coming to the obvious conclusion that musicians were much more fun to hang around with than actors, in the early 90's Carolyn formed her first band... all-girl surfy twang popsters, The Vinaigrettes. This was the beginning of a love affair with music, musicians and the road that, even after 15+ years of crazy hard work, still puts the nitro in her funny car.
Since then, Carolyn has made records with Neko Case, NQ Arbuckle, The Great Lake Swimmers and shared the stage with everyone from Gillian Welch to Blue Rodeo to The Sadies. She has released albums on mint records in canada and bloodshot in the u.s. In 2010 she was nominated for best roots and traditional album at the Juno Awards.

Craig Bjerring ist Oldseed – oder das Gegenteil von Pop. Der seit einigen Jahren in Deutschland lebende Kanadier gehört zu den wohl eigenwilligsten und spannendsten Songwritern unserer Zeit. Oldseed gelingt das, wofür andere ein Orchester brauchen.
Er berührt seine Zuhörer auf eine ehrliche Art und Weise, weil seine Musik eine Wahrheit vermittelt, der man glaubt. Dramaturgisch perfekt ausgewogen und mit großartigem Humor spielt er seit zehn Jahren um die 150 Konzerte pro Jahr. Nach dem großen Erfolg seiner siebten LP „Kost“, die mittlerweile in zweiter Auflage erhältlich ist, erschien im September 2017 sein neues Album „Bloom/Burn“.
